Elizabeth Banks Vaultyour #1 fansite for actress Elizabeth Banks

In honor of the 4th of July, Pitch Perfect stars are celebrating with a rendition of an American classic.

Elizabeth Banks uploaded a video of two cast members, Skylar Astin and Ben Platt, who play Jessie and Benji in the film, singing a beautiful cover of “America the Beautiful,” reports Entertainment Weekly. The boys are seen in their famous maroon blazers, the classic Treblemaker uniform, with an American flag behind them.

The two are members of the Barden Treblemakers, the rival all-male a cappella to the feature all female group, the Barden Bellas. Following the video is the message, “Happy Fourth of July fromPitch Perfect 2.”

Banks is making her directorial debut with this film after starring as one of the judges for the a cappella singing competition. For those anxiously awaiting the sequel, let your ears be soothed by these two voices and remind yourself, Pitch Perfect 2 will hit theaters May 15, 2015.

There are walks of shame and then there are epic shame Odysseys like the one Elizabeth banks goes on in her upcoming movie.

In the new red band trailer for Banks’ comedy “Walk of Shame,” the 4o-year-old actress plays TV reporter Meghan Miles, who finds herself stranded without a car or purse at the house of one-night hookup Gordon, played by James Marsden.

Things get steamy with Gordon when the usually mild-mannered Meghan gets rejected for a promotion. But of course, just as Meghan is at her most disheveled, she gets a message that she can have another shot at the position.

Meghan must find her way back to the studio in order to have a shot at her dream job. And what’s stopping her? Oh, only some clueless cops, some thugs and various hapless L.A. citizens who mistake Banks for a prostitute.

Still can’t believe I was able to interview the biggest badass of them all, Morgan Freeman. What happens now? Is the show over? I don’t know if I can top this one.

If there’s one thing I learned from this Ask A Badass interview, it’s that Chris Pratt definitely should have been in Gravity.
